Why I built this
One of the most debilitating things about having ADHD is knowing I was so full of potential, but constantly feeling scattered and unable to finish anything I started.
The gym became the one thing I could always rely on: daily proof that I could show up, do hard things and follow through. Last year I lost 20kg while juggling a full-time double degree, personal training, and everything else a 20-something-year-old is handling. The physical change was fantastic, but the real shift I experienced was learning to trust myself again.
This isn't a 12-week "lose 6kg" challenge. It uses training as the tool to change your mindset, manage your time, improve your energy and feel comfortable in your body.
